Richard has thirty five (35) plus years as a subject matter expert in developing and implementing highly complex, high profile projects.

Cofounder and CFO

Thomas Felder is Emanation Group's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Thomas was legal counsel and a key player in one of the largest Television Network mergers in U.S. History. He has considerable expertise in structuring critical governing agreements designed to promote and sustain project development and ongoing operations.

Monica Songok
Vice President Operations

Monica Songok is Vice President for Operations and provides a gateway for clients to grow their business. Monica has extensive experience managing and controlling costs. She is a subject matter expert in the Utility|Power Industry and understands customers needs while maintaining a keen focus on costs and schedule.
